OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE HOSTS FRIDAY LENTEN DINNERS

Our Lady of Guadalupe Church will be serving seafood, pierogi, pasta and pizza
dinners on Fridays in Lent, starting February 24 to March 30, from 5:30-to-7:30 p.m. in the church’s addition. Dinner is not served on Good Friday.

Dinner selections range from $6-to-$9.75 and include: freshly hand-battered fried fish, shrimp, grilled salmon; potato and cheese pierogies; and a weekly  pasta special. Seafood dinners include fries, coleslaw and a roll with butter. Child-sized portions of dinner items are $4-$5, and there is also a kid-friendly pizza meal for $5.25. Diners at the church have a choice of punch or tea/coffee included with their meal.

Each week features a homemade pasta dinner special and soup selection. Lighter — and heartier — appetites will enjoy an expanded menu of side order selections with baked sweet potatoes and cabbage with noodles, joining the popular hand-battered onion rings and garden salad. Carryout meals are available by calling 330-468-2194, ext. 38, from 5:15-7 :15 p.m., with pickup between 5:30-7:30 p.m.
